City of Toronto and Big City Youth Services launch DreamCity United

Representatives from the City of Toronto, Garry Green, President of Big City Youth Services, and soccer-playing youth will join forces to launch DreamCity United. This community initiative gives youth from diverse neighbourhoods the opportunity to learn soccer or hone their skills under the supervision of experienced coaches. Sixty of the youth will have the opportunity for more extensive training and 23 players will have the opportunity to play soccer in France.

Time: 4:30 p.m.
Location: Toronto City Hall (Rotunda), 100 Queen St. W.

The official ceremony will be followed by a soccer skills demo by a member of the team.

Applications to participate in DreamCity United will be available at the event.
