And you will be engaged for two hours of delectable dining with the following superstar chefs:

  • Andrew Carter, executive chef of The Queen and Beaver Public House. Inspired by Mirvish Productions’ stage production “Billy Elliot,” British chef Andrew Carter of The Queen and Beaver Public House will serve audiences an authentic British six-course meal to launch the series on May 12.

Also, to enhance your enjoyment, you can expect to dine on St. Lawrence Market Scheffler’s fine cheeses and all wine will be provided by the market’s wine store, Wine Country Merchants.

Dine with top executive chefs at St. Lawrence Market

The City of Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market is teaming up with local executive chefs to offer audiences a unique dining experience in the Miele Gallery at The Market Kitchen.

For the first time in the history of the market, food lovers will have an opportunity to interact with executive chefs at a series of dining events hosted by the market. The events will take place over a five-month period starting May 12. Each of the five chefs has prepared a unique menu that reflects his personal cooking style and passion for food. The chefs will engage with guests during the two-hour dining events.

“We’re proud to partner with these leaders in the culinary industry,” said Jorge Carvalho, supervisor of the St. Lawrence Market. “St. Lawrence Market is a Toronto food destination and we welcome the opportunity to continue to support the community and provide a unique dining experience to our customers.”

The superstar chefs bringing their culinary talents to the St. Lawrence Market’s kitchen are Trevor Wilkinson, owner and executive chef of Trevor Kitchen & Bar; Patrick McMurray, owner and executive chef of Starfish Oyster Bar & Grill; Peter George, executive chef of 360 Restaurant; Timothy Palmer, restaurant chef of the Fairmont Royal York’s Epic Restaurant; and Andrew Carter, executive chef of The Queen and Beaver Public House.
