This is an update to all previous blogs concerning certain frozen beef products that were manufactured by New Food Classics (1122 International Blvd., Suite 601, Burlington, Ontario, Canada), which are part of an ongoing investigation into E. coli in certain frozen beef products:

Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has the following warnings regarding all ground beef products from Establishment 761 that were manufactured between July 1, 2011 and February 15, 2012 and described below, because these affected products may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7 bacteria:
- CFIA is warning the public not to consume these affected ground beef products
- CFIA is also warning all retailers, distributors and restaurants not to sell, serve or use these affected ground beef products
The CFIA is working with all retailers and distributors to recall all affected products from the marketplace.
